Growthpoint is a South African real estate investment company, based in Sandton. Founded in 1987, Growthpoint is the largest real estate investment trust listed on the JSE Limited. It is also one of South Africa's largest companies by annual revenue, and part of the FTSE/JSE Top 40 Index. As of 2025, the company owns 388 properties across South Africa, and in 2024, it had combined property assets worth over R131 billion.
